Do your products require refrigeration? How long do they last?

Since Cabi products are made with no preservatives, no artificial flavors, and no chemical additives, please be sure to refrigerate after opening. Our products do not need to be refrigerated before opening, however doing so can keep the flavors fresh longer.

What is Cabi’s return policy?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hi@cabifoods.com.

My shipment is missing or damaged. What do I do?

Oh no! We know how annoying that is. Please email us at hi@cabifoods.com and we’ll help you out.

Is your packaging recyclable?

As a sustainability driven company, we’re always looking for ways to reduce the climate impact of our packaging. Since we are small sometimes the packaging can bring the prices up, so bear with the process, but we are committed to investing in sustainable packaging. Our shipping boxes, bottles, tubes are all 100% recyclable.

What is Cabi’s return policy?

Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hi@cabifoods.com.

When will my order ship?

We offer standard (4-7 business days), expedited (3-4 business days). Get ready to prep for yummy Japanese food.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

My tracking information says my order was delivered, but I don’t see it being delivered.

Oh no! We sometimes have issues with mistimed tracking information, so please bear with us for 48 hours. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us at hi@cabifoods.com

We’re not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by our delivery partners due to weather or other causes beyond our control.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We would love to, but for now, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to spread Cabi to the world near future.

Dang, I entered the wrong shipping address!

Shoot us an email at hi@cabifoods.com and we'll see what we can do. Unfortunately, we won’t be able help if your order has been processed.

I’d like to place orders to different addresses. Do I need to place a separate order for each?

At this time, we aren't able to handle multiple addresses on an individual order.

How do you ship Cabi products?

We ship Cabi orders via USPS, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground.

Can I ship to a P.O box?

No. Unfortunately our carriers do not currently deliver to PO Boxes, so please use a home or work address for your order.
